Burnside Truck Service

$1700.00 for an oil change and clutch adjustment for my driver. The dealership doesn't charge that. No one should ever use someone like this. This is place is a scam. Do not go there. Read the other negative posts. Please read them, there is truth in them.

When your broke down and the outside temperature is showing 104 the last thing you want to do is call for roadside. Even worse when you call you and get an AI generated person and or someone that that needs a translation app. Well that’s not the case with Burnside Truck Service. I called and talked to a very nice young lady and that was around 230pm and by 345 Dillon had showed up after he already went too Mack and got the correct parts to get me back on the road and fixed and back on the road. They are the absolutely the best. If your ever broke down you can count on them. I can’t say enough good things but if you’re in a jam this is the company to call. I. Fact I was so pleased I came back today to just let them go over the truck and fix any thing that could become an issue they had discovered last night on my first service call.

We did not have a good experience with this company. Their communication is horrible. They did not do the things we asked for in the right order causing more issues and more time that our truck had to be in their shop. One week later we are told we can pick it up and now we have more issues that were not there when we dropped it off. The owner is not willing to fix it. He said it just happens sometimes.....not good enough! Your truck shouldn't have more wrong with it then when you dropped it off. If you broke something you need to fix it and make it right not just say..it happens. We will not be back and I would definitely not recommend this company. For the money we paid this company there should be no issues....its experiences like this that give mechanics a bad rep. Very disappointing. This is not slander. This is a review of our experience we had. We do not want anything free but when you fail to communicate that the air bags are not holding air due to something your mechanics did that is a communicate issue. Had you let us know what happened we probably would have had you fix/replace them. Nothing was said. We were handed our key and expected to just drive away with

We brought our truck to this shop yesterday and waited nearly 10 hours all day. Unfortunately, the repair work was poor and incomplete. We specifically asked them to grease the truck, but they never did it and still charged us for it. The mechanic was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. We also tried calling the office afterward, but nobody answered. Overall, this was a terrible experience and a complete waste of time and money. This will definitely be our first and last visit. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

This shop is absolutely terrible. I did not like it at all. At the beginning, they tell you one price, but after they finish working on your truck, they suddenly change it to a different amount. If you don’t pay, they lock the door and won’t let you leave. Basically, they are scammers. On top of that, a simple oil change took them 2 hours — their work is awful. The shop doesn’t even have basic things available; everything has to be ordered in advance. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. It’s dirty, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.
